Steve Tsubota is a trustee of the Tsubota Charitable Foundation, which serves and supports social causes around the world.  With an emphasis on charitable efficiency and venture philanthropy, the fund partners with organizations providing relief in the United States, Africa, Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, Romania, and Vietnam.  Health promotion, orphanage support, logistics, child advocacy, micro-enterprise, poverty reduction, low cost housing, and sustainable food programs are amongst the activities supported by the foundation.

Steve, now retired, held various management positions in marketing and engineering at a number of high technology startups.  Most recently, he was Vice President of Engineering at Broadcom Corporation.  He has a MSEE and BSEE from UCLA.
